Dessert

This series considers the paradigm shift from the geocentric model to the heliocentric model, and from envisioning the earth as flat to understanding the earth as round. This project revives old perspectives of the earth through dessert sculptures. Like the sweetness of sugar, knowledge attracts. Instead of having the old theories collect dust or mocking these ideas as dead, the old viewpoints are recreated with sweets to be digested and shifted to the next world.
